- Know the difference between a Will and Trust
- Be sure your beneficiaries are correct on your accounts. Don’t assume your Will or Trust will take care of that for you.
- Make sure you update your Will or Trust periodically.
- Make sure you work with a Financial Planner that is looking out for your best interest and has knowledge of Estate Planning.
